The
Miramar Entertainment Park is a new-age shopping and entertainment complex
built with the idea of offering enough consumption and entertainment options to
keep visitors occupied for a full-day stay. The most striking feature of this
park, which was opened only at the end of 2004, is a 95-meter-high,
70-meter-in-diameter Ferris wheel that light up at night to add a strong touch
of romance (Taiwan Drama: Why Why Love 换换爱) to the Taipei skyline.

By Bus:
Take bus no. 21, 110, 222, 247, 256, 267, 286, 287,
620, 646, 902, Red 2 (紅2), Brown 16 (棕16), Blue 7 (藍7), Blue 20 (藍20) or Blue 26 (藍26) to Miramar Entertainment Park (美麗華百樂園).
Miramar Entertainment Park Shuttle Service
Shuttle services are provided at MRT Jiantan Station
(捷運劍潭站), MRT Zhongshan Junior High Station (捷運中山國中站) and MRT Neihu Software
Park Station (捷運內湖軟體園區站).
To
get to Miramar, we could either: (1) Take metro to JiannanRd Station (剑南路), or (2) Take metro to Jiantan
Station (劍潭), and wait for the
free shuttle bus. Jiantan Station is also near the famous Shilin Night Market (士林夜市).
The shuttle bus stop was located near the exit of the station. The shuttle bus
frequency wasn’t short (15-20 minutes interval).
